Appointments
We suggest booking in advance to ensure getting your perferred date and time for appointments. If you must cancel or rebook your appointment, we kindly request at least 24-hours notice. Cancelations or missed appointments without 24-hours notice will result in a charge of part or all the service amount. 

Retail
All sales of brushes and combs are final. There will be no cash back on any retail purchases. We do not accept AmericanExpress.

Gratuity
If you are inclined, gratuity may be paid in cash or personal check to your stylist. Gratuity may not be added to your credit card, check payments or taken out of your gift card amount. 

Gift Certificates
Ideal for holiday gifts, birthdays, anniversaries as well as for employees and business clients. Unfortunately, if lost or stolen gift certificates may not be redeemed or replaced.

David's Nails
David is a separate business. He accepts Cash or Checks to David’s Nails.

Suzanne Juliette Esthetics
Suzanne is a seperate business. She accepts Cash, Checks to Suzanne Juliette Esthetics, Venmo and Credit.
